Our legal team verifies the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Deed of Assignment, survey plans and any encumbrances or charges. We also confirm that the seller has legal authority to sell. Only properties that pass all checks appear on our platform. This protects both buyers and sellers from costly legal disputes.

Our standard seller's commission is 5% of the agreed sale price, which covers professional valuation, photography and marketing, listing on all major property platforms, buyer sourcing and vetting, negotiation, and full legal documentation support. There are no hidden fees. If we do not sell your property, you pay nothing — our "no sale, no fee" guarantee applies to all residential listings.

Yes. Our property management service handles everything from tenant sourcing and screening to lease preparation, monthly rent collection and maintenance coordination. We charge 10% of monthly rent for full management, or a one-off finder's fee of one month's rent if you only need tenant sourcing. We currently manage over 400 properties on behalf of landlords across Lagos, Abuja and Accra.

Absolutely. Our dedicated commercial division handles office space, retail units, warehouses, event venues and development sites. We represent both landlords and tenants, and can advise on lease structuring, rental yields, zoning regulations and market comparables.
